1. What We Collect

Account info: name, email, company
Proposal data: content you create and upload
Usage data: when clients open proposals and time on each slide
Technical data: IP, browser type for security

2. How We Use It

To provide the Pitchio service
To send transactional emails and Telegram notifications
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To protect against fraud

3. Proposal Tracking

When you share a proposal link, we track when the recipient opens it and time on each slide. This data is visible only to you. We recommend disclosing tracking to your clients as required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers (hosting, email delivery, payments) and when required by law.

5. Security

Data stored with HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. Database access is restricted and logged.

6. AI Features

AI generation sends your input to Anthropic's API. This is processed per Anthropic's privacy policy and not used to train models.

7. Your Rights
